"The dining experience was satisfactory, but the service was a bit unusual. We were informed that there might not be a table for us, despite booking through OpenTable. However, there were clearly empty tables available. Once seated, the food arrived cold and had to be sent back, which took a long time to be rectified with no explanation or apology. We do not plan on returning to this restaurant."
