"The restaurant service was extremely slow, taking 2 hours to serve our food. It seemed like they had forgotten our order. Additionally, when it came time to pay, they overcharged us by 17,000 HUF. Despite receiving cash back as a refund, we were disappointed and just wanted to pay the correct amount. To make matters worse, they continued to ask for more money after we had already paid more than the bill. Eventually, they realized their mistake and apologized, perhaps they should consider taking some basic math lessons."
