"Had the worst service at Kollazs yesterday night (July 23, 2023). Our server forgot one of the drinks ordered, which he apologized for after we asked about it. He then gave our friend a complimentary red wine instead. Additionally, no server came up to us for the whole 2 hours we were there to ask if we needed more water. I ordered mussels, and I was not given a bowl for the shells. When the server noticed I was putting the shells on the bread plates, he then took the plate with my mussel fork. On top of that, it took so long to get our food orders even though the place was not packed. When we asked for the bill, that also took long to arrive. We were really disappointed after a wonderful experience at Cafe Liszt and the Sky Bar in the Aria Hotel. We just expected the same at another 5-star restaurant since the 14% service charge is included in the bill."
