"I've been visiting Brockport Diner for many years. Breakfast is amazing, I recommend.. two eggs over simple, white toast, domestic frits, conjured beef hash with one side of meat hot sauce. For those of you who are not familiar with what meat is hot sauce, it is very unhealthy, but is a big spice to pour on your domestic frits. I have lunch there a few times and it is average, but overall the service is good, prices are good and a great place for comfort food."

"Going Above and Beyond! Kuddos for GREAT customer service and satisfaction!! They forgot a Coke with my order last night (so did I until I sat down without it , called to verify if I was charged for it (it was late, I was tired, maybe I forgot to order it? . Yes, I was charged, and the guy immediately volunteered to remove the charge. Ok, but I had hoped they would have done more, but it was late, it had been a long first day back at school, and I was hungry, so I didnt suggest it nor push it. Not even a couple minutes later I received a call back, a girl this time (sorry I forgot your name , who not only apologized again about forgetting the Coke, but would, in addition to the reimbursement for the Coke, further rectify the situation by letting me know there would now be a credit on my account (equal to the food portion of my bill that I could enjoy next time I was in. I was stunned! WOW. I mean, DANG!! Calling me back and giving me enough credit for a substantial meal?! For forgetting a $1.50 can of Coke that I admittedly should have remembered myself? And THEN, to top it off, she asked if there was anything ELSE she could do! I should have asked her to bring back the Apple Pie milkshakes year round, but my greedy self is only thinking about that now! and if you haven 't tried 'em you are missing out on a great piece of Americana bliss!! Anyhow, I was amazed and thoroughly impressed, and while I am already a loyal customer, this just reinforces the fact that Jimmy Z 's cares above and beyond for their customers! Thank you Jimmy Z 's for always making me feel WELCOMED, VALUED, and APPRECIATED!! You guys rock!! Vegetarian options: I like the veg burgers, especiallywhen they 've got a little crispy edge to them. Yum! Parking: If there isn 't parking available on the street, the easiest place is to try to score a place in the back of the restaurantnd then walk through the back entrance. The back looks like it 's for employees only, but its not."

"I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed in a restaurant ever. I’ve been here twice the first time I got pasta carbonara which I enjoyed but it was just okay, and wait time was about 40 minutes. Second time I’ve come I got chicken tacos, and we waited for our food for an hour and 5 minutes. Waitress was kind but she didn’t even say anything. The tacos were extremely low quality and the biggest kicker is that they weren’t even hot, they were slightly warm, and that’s after eating an hour. The prices aren't super affordable for this place either they’re definitely much higher than the quality of the food. One of the bartenders at one point grabbed a sex doll from behind the counter and gave it to a friend of hers sitting down. So to review the atmosphere is bad, the food is low quality, the wait time is high, and the pricing is higher than it should be. Nicest thing going for it is the proximity to the canal. Definitely never coming back"

"I ordered a tasty JR meal that was worth the price, but it wasn't the food that earned the 5-star rating. While waiting for my meal, I went to wash my hands and encountered an employee cleaning the bathroom who caught my attention. It was a bit strange at first, but I went into the bathroom and he followed me in a strange manner. In no time, we were engaging in a friendly conversation. I couldn't remember his name, maybe it was Levi? He charmed me in a unique way, making me feel different. He surprised me with a Burger King Mozzarella on the burger and offered me delicious cheese. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you for the amazing experience."

"Day 4: Servers are passing off dark roast plus top off with regular coffee as dark roast! GOOD BY TIM HORTONS! I tried, I really did. Day 3: Waited 10 mins for a large cup of dark roast coffee. Day 2: Tim Hortons, if you advertise dark roast (the best tasting of all of your coffees) then you should always have it. It doesn 't cost much to have extra dark roast ground coffee on hand. Are you still a coffee shop ? I 'm not going back! Day 1: 15 min wait to get Dark Roast coffee. Another location that has too long of a wait for Dark Roast! I got to the window, I paid for a large regular coffee, as dark roast would take too long, they had a medium. I said I ordered a large, I got a 'look ' from the server, she said 'wait one minute ', no thank you for your patience. Then finally got a cup of coffee. Elasped time: 15 minutes. I guess I should have asked for dark as it would have been done by the time I paid."
