Three strikes and you're out! First time I made reservations for myself and my friend for her birthday. They promised a free birthday dessert. We ordered a bottle of wine and the artichoke dip which was delicious. She ordered walleye; delicious. My steak was so tough I couldn't chew it and it tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned so I sent it back. A lady came out and basically interrogated us, making us very uncomfortable.
