"My father and his wife were in Adler 30 years ago for the first and last time. But today for the 85th birthday of my aunt we decided to explore the restaurant again. In one word this restaurant and also the hotel is just top top top. There was really nothing that could have been better. The restaurant has 16 points in the famous guide. If you enjoy the best food and cooking you can get, then Adler is the place to go."

Excellent chef and staff. Silverware not often seen these days. The klassiker rouladen, outstanding. The pumpkin soup tremendous.

Went for dinner with my husband and his parents.Went went for the seasonal menu which I forgot what exactly I ordered. I remember the fish was very tasty. The wine was also good, price was ok.Dessert was nice and refreshing, had a wonderful with my family. :)

When you are met by the Chef himself keen to discuss the best ingredients he has that day you know your mouth is about to be delighted.The restaurant boasts a fabulous collection of silver, from platters, coffee and tea pots to the placemats on which our dinner was served.The lobster soup was excellent, rich and creamy; the turbot was light and tasty; the veal steak superb.and the chat with the chef fabulous!
