"We chanced on this place one Saturday night. It didn't disappoint, we had the house sharing platter which consisted of what seemed to be half a pig, a kilo of fried potatoes and a years ration of sauerkraut! Was a really hearty meal but very well cooked meat, the knuckle was excellent as was the wurst. We washed it all down with a few Altbier and left very satisfied and a few kilos heavier for the experience!"

Good restaurant. Good service but you need to share a dish. We had pork knuckle and one helping was sufficient for 2 people.

very nice cozy ambience with outdoor area and excellent food. the restaurant is always well visited so you should definitely book!

For the first time the restaurant existed longer. We chose the table after the table and were with the Popeye carving or the pork medal with asparagus. The parts were clear; an appetizer would have been better, but would have collided with the time aspect. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable.
