"we have tried this place on the basis of other happy cow reviews. the place is cozy, but beautiful. we had to ask the waitress on the vegan options. she seemed very knowledgeable and friendly to help. I also ended up with the pasta primavera, which squash in spaghetti. there were other options from the menu, but they all needed additional changes (as not the addition of butter, etc). the olive spread cup was great. the price was average for Italian food. dinner for two about $45."

it recommended squash noodles with many vegetables (brokoli, red paprika, zuccini, brocoli, mushrooms), cooked in a small vegan butter. **** good stuff. brot is also vegan and 5star. some other veg options as well

it was good, but we have asked very specific questions and the chef said that the marinara butter has and it is premade, so we were informed what we could order. we went with 3 sauces without butter, made with oils, lemons and vinegar.

I called the time ahead and talked to someone on the phone about vegan options. I was told that the pasta was vegan, the marinara sauce was vegan, and that it also offered spaghetti squash and olive oil / garlic sauce. I ordered the pasta primavera, which was penne pasta with a tonne fresh vegetables in a white wine garlic sauce. it was very delicious! the garlic basilikum dipping oil was also amazing.
