We were going to then just sit at the bar but it was full. We ended up seating ourselves at a bistro cocktail table. After about 10 mins my husband went to the bar to try and order our drinks only to be rudely told that he was going to send a waiter. OK waiter did come I asked him for some menus since we never got any by the two hosts that were standing at the desk. Out of Baked Alaska which is what we came for....ok Order something else... Never came back to see if we wanted another drink...I finally had to track someone down for the check. Oh and th...

One of my favorites.... beautiful view of the ocean. Delicious popovers and marinated mushrooms before your meal. I always get baked stuffed lobster as I did at Anthony's Pier 4 in Boston. Always perfect sweet and tender. Nice dining room with table cloths and staff dressed in tuxes. Bar is pretty looks like a boat. Cocktails served with a sidecar in a silver bowl filled with ice. Very nice presentation and great service. Great for a casual lunch or a special dinner.

This restaurant offers a nice atmosphere and stunning views of Boston, Lynn Beach, Egg Rock, and Swampscott Harbor. The food, while tasty, was somewhat bland. The clam chowder was excellent, the salad fresh and delicious, and the popovers were perfect. The waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed. Anthony's is a gem from the past, providing quality food in a beautiful setting. Don't miss out on the experience of delicious food, excellent service, and a scenic location!
