"I had placed a carryout order either the server or the cook had made a simple mistake. I get it they happen. I didn't have time to go back to fix it so I called spoke to Mathew the manager on duty. Mathew went above beyond any expectations I had. I just called to let him know there was a minor mix-up but I just want to say thank u Mathew for excelling at your job turning a minor setback into such a positive experience. Your customer service skills are excellent"

Applebees reliable dining experience—our group of 4 was seated right away which was great for a a Saturday evening around 6pm. Service was timely. Food came out quickly, great temperature and everything was accurate. Enjoyed a complimentary birthday dessert. Would return to this location.

The food was good and decent sized portions for the price. Appetizers were pretty much a whole meal. The restaurant was unusually warm. Hopefully they get the AC fixed. I really wish they would have a separate drink menu with the actual prices so you don't have to inquire the price each time. Staff was pleasant. Try the pretzel sticks with the beer cheese dip before they're gone.

Johanna our server was very accommodating. We asked to move to a different booth because we were chilled by air vent and she was very nice about it. She was friendly and attentive. I just wanted to let her name out there as many times people complain but rarely pay a deserved compliment. It is hard working in the food industry. And many times it goes unappreciated. And the food was really good.
