"I have been consuming the oriental chicken salad for many many years. It was always my favorite thing to order and now it is horrible. They've gone from a beautiful chicken breast that was highly seasoned and placed nicely on top of the bed of romaine lettuce, two little squares of pressed chicken that has no flavor on top of a tiny bit of romaine with almost all head lettuce. It's like eating a bowl of water and rubber. The only thing that made it tolerable was that I had 2 cups of dressing which I was able to use all of to get some flavor when normally all I have to do is a half of a cup. Applebees has become the lowest level of what they could be. It's NOT the staff. It's the lack of management. DONE.

I have to say, lunch was really good today. They've gotten some fairly critical reviews, but we didn't note anything negative. Had the pretzel appetizer and crispy chicken salads. Then the Cinnabon desert. Which was stellar. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.
