Waste of money their food is trash the chicken was fried in a tempura looking batter and the rice isn't trash

Was craving crab Rangoons ALL DAY. Tried this place for the first time, ordered crab Rangoon, and got CARROTS instead of crab in them. Guess they were trying to pass it off as crab? So disappointed and these are DISGUSTING.
