"My son and I stopped in the pretzel shop inside the Walmart in Elyria at 3:00pm. Nobody greeted us and both workers were otherwise busy with counting money and the kid looked at me and said we're closed. I have never seen any place inside a storethat would close in the middle of the day and the kid wasn't even nice about it. I have never been greeted there ever theemployees act like your bothering them for them to do their job. I'm going to look up the corporate number and talk to themabout how their store and it's employees aren't working. Oh and I love writing reviews I actually have a following on Google."

I?m so shocked this place hasn?t had new workers, I go here a lot in hopes things get better and the pretzels are always so burnt they?re like a brick for all that I can drive to north Olmsted. And the workers don?t even say hi when you walk up toorder.

Thanks for the friendly service Kyla. Going above and beyond. She didn?t have to but she definitely did. All the employees at this location is very helpful and extremely friendly. I been going through alot at this time. And meeting kind people like theemployees at this location is what makes me realize everything is going to be alright. THANKS SO MUCH!

I love these pretzels, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I have not been back since I can never get the younger employees to assist me. If their back is turned to me, they won?t say ?one moment? or acknowledge me in any way. I tried to call after I wasignored decided to just walk back over still nobody helped me. They want tips when they ring you up but they treat you likedirt. It?s very sad. You guys need to manage employees.
