"Definitely one of the best restaurants in Windsor. A selection of traditional Japanese inspired seafood, pork and noodle dishes to contemporary dishes and mixed drinks. I want to get the Ahi Poke because I like seafood and sashimi. They have a wide selection of beers and cocktails such as mai-tais and hurricanes (there is a melon pineapple colada), they certainly know their pigs, and if you are in the mood for fried food, they have some particularly large shrimps or chicken dishes. The owners (Head Host and Chef) are some of the most hospitable people I met in Northern Colorado- They really seem to enjoy the place where they work and the people they serve. Note that the place at 2 for a few hours for a break between lunch and dinner services"

"We have made reservations about my wife's birthday. She really wanted a nice cook tasting menu, and that seemed like the best option. The place was not disappointed. All 5 courses were very delicious and wonderfully presented. Options change daily, so I will not spend too much time describing the individual records. Drinks were also great. Well balanced, super-looking and delicious. Dessert was so good, I felt like ordering another dish. Orange chocolate amazing. If I nitpick, I wish she gave us some extra pieces of potatoes with the steak a smashed piece was simply not enough. I understand that this is not the purpose of tasting menu, so I cannot complain. We had a great time and we came back. I am pleased to try the a la carte options. The wine list is also spectacular. Wife decided to pair with dinner and she loved every single glass. Our waitress was beautiful. We sat at the top of the entrance, and I hope to see more interior next time. See you soon!"

"Have been here twice but forgot to review first time. Went here on a Sunday afternoon for a quick family lunch. We started with some cheese curds and a mule.The cheese curds come with a lemon dip which not everyone may like but still tasty.My kiddo ordered the sweet beignets which are good other than a bit much on the powdered sugar.I had fried chicken sandwich which was tasty although is thigh meat so you have to like that. The fries were better the first time.My wife had the Tavern Mac and cheese had a good combination of toppings, the chicken on it is white meat.Overall both times it has been a good experience."

"Tested Acapulco Delight for the first time tonight and was very impressed! I have always heard good things, and it certainly lived up to his reputation. I was impressed by the moment I opened the chips and salsa and noticed that the house Salsa gave a small kick, and the chips tasted fresh and crispy, not out of a bag! The Quesadillas and Chimichangas were great and the sides of rice and beans were tasty and fresh, not like some places dried out. I enjoyed the flameless cheese!! We will definitely order again."

"I came today with my family of 6 and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was very busy, which is not unusual for a Monday night Happy Hour, as we often visit the restaurant on Monday. Our waitress, Mackenzie went beyond and beyond to make sure we take care. My children's food came out first, after my wife and I, in a contemporary way. Although I could say that Mackenzie ran around, super busy, she was fast to make sure our food was great tasting and our drinks were full. Overall, the amazing food, along with the amazing service, is what has fallen in love with us in this place."
