"We used Babalouie for my husband’s birthday party at our home. It arrived on time, delivered in some very secure and professional travel crates. Everything was made fresh and as ordered. I don’t think there was one person who didn’t ask where I got the food. It was amazing! People were so impressed with the food as were me and my husband. We’ll be calling on them again next time we need catering. I can’t say enough about how perfect everything was. And there was a lot of food, more than I expected. They went above and beyond my expectations."

Excellent little bbq spot in an adorable little local indoor ‘farmers market’. The brisket sandwich was fantastic: well seasoned and melt-in-the-mouth tender. Just go.

Good rotating options of food trucks at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia. As usual with food trucks, there tends to be a wait line moved fairly quickly and all the food was nicely prepped ahead of time. Ordered a platter with brisket, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. I must admit that the side dishes are outstanding.
