"Entering bagel box was definitely the best experience. Smelling the fresh oven bagels was the highlight of the experience not to mention the wide range of everything you can have for breakfast. I was just simply trying to figure out what to choose when the owner walked in front of me and asked if I was being helped. Immediately treated me with the upmost hospitality and kind heart. Their bagels were delicious, I was even given a hot coffee by the owner and mentioned immediately “it’s on the house”. The food here is decent but they mess up orders all the time, I actually stopped going because of this and after a year I went back today and again they gave me the wrong sandwich! It's so frustrating that I can't trust I will receive what I order, the food is not worth the aggravation
