"During my travels through Norway I had the pleasure of visiting Bergen for two days and stumbled upon Bare Vestland. It was a wonderful dining experience. I was seated at the kitchen view table and watched the chefs take great pride in their creations. The menu is simple and each dish is prepared to perfection. The dishes were presented with an explanation that showed serving staff shared the enthusiasm for the food quality. Each dish I tried was full of flavors, textures, temperatures and colors. I only wish I were in town a couple more days to experience the full menu. I have dined at about 25 fine restaurants in Norway and this is the best. The price was also below the median. Great plac...

Excellent Scandinavian tapas! We came in just for the bread and butter, but tried the Plukkfish which was an excellent addition. I would definitely return.

We went after reading the very positive summer 2017 New York Times review, but the restaurant did not live up to the hype. The food was interesting, varied and good (but not outstanding), yet the service was horrendously slow (and we like a leisurely meal), and also they completely forgot one of our hot entree dishes! Moreover, the glass of wine was very small. So ok, but not highly recommended.

We came later one ordered, so it was enough to make the right diaper the server in a so healthy pace that we barely cleared oh the one munnfull before the nesting sto on the table. But the mat was deifiable and lonely as the kjøkken picked up the delay, we got better time to oh new the mat better. One in the selska has allergy and the diaper communiserd with the restaurant before we came and the wishes of this gjesten will diaper invaret at the best. The price was in the stiffest layer, even with champagne in the glasses.
