"wouldn’t recommend. i love baskin robins but this particular shop wasn’t the greatest. we stopped to get gas and saw BR. we all got waffle cones and they were all very stale. my brothers was broken in half and the worker didn’t really care. although it was tasty, ice cream in some bins was freezer burned. and i had a chunk of ice in my cone.. i hate being a downer, but the workers weren’t happy to do their jobs. no one said thank you, no “come agains!” and no smiles. it was 5:30 on a saturday, it was 90 degrees outside, and was very cool inside. refreshing. i love BR, but i would pick a different restaurant."

I have never had a good experience here. The employees always have an attitude with poor customer service (especially the one at the window). I was extremely surprised at how rude they are. I definitely wouldn't allow my staff to treat customers that way.

I ordered a cake several days ago. I called to check that it was ready for pickup because I realized I did not get an email confirmation. When I called they told me they had just received the order and they don’t have a cake designer as they have to call her in and she is unavailable. This is the kind of thing that I should have been informed of when I first placed my order. Now it is way too late to special order any other cake and I wasn’t informed until it was too late.

"The food is alright. No points for presentation but it is filling. Taste wise: 5/10; there's flavor it's just not the best it could be. The staff are welcoming and it seems like a very home grown restaurant where everyone at some point knows each other. Very cute. Love the wooden decor behind the bar; very pleasing to look at."

"every time I go there, it's always good customer service. my favorite dish is the garnelen tostada and all tacos are a must try it is very tasty. they have really good Pozole menu at the weekend. If you like micheladas, they make it right here. If you want real Mexican food, that's the place you come from. down, everything that is always fresh will not be disappointed."

"It's a very small space shared with Basken Robbins. It's hard to know which staff is working on which side, but everything from either biz can be purchased at the same time since there is only one register open. Drive through takes a lot longer than walking inside to order. Ordering on an app ahead of time for this location requires placing separate orders on the DD app and the BR app so if you're ordering from both, the apps won't save you much time, if any. Most DD locations I've been to restock their donuts throughout the day, but this location doesn't . Once their donuts are gone, that's it. If you don't go in the morning, don't count on a variety to choose from. I don't order blended drinks from them anymore bcuz they are always sickeningly sweet. Plain coffee or plain lattes are still so.e of the best coffee around tho. Plenty of parking avail and easy access to the Hwy. Gas station, mini mart, and other fast food place with restrooms share the parking lot so it can be a convenient one shop rest stop."

"I will probably not go back there for one because they have great prices on their eating, but eating has lost its taste. two of us bought the fish and the chips and both got overfishing fish, dark brown and real crispy. I bought the spaghetti and meatballs and it tasted quite strange, not bad, but strange and I didn't like it from the last time that I used it to buy it because it is one of my favorites. one of us ordered the flat steak and he said it was meh! apparently my wife liked the salmon she thought it was extremely tasty and cooked for perfection."

"I love this place. I've been a customer since their opening and have never had a bad experience, extremely rare in fast food. My 9 year old Autistic son loves their new honey hot sauce. I asked to purchase 20 packs for my boy. I was so impressed that theydidn't seem put out and were very friendly with my strange request. Great customer service that deserves the recognition."
