"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. Several employees checked in on me to see if I needed anything, which was a delightful surprise. Rose, in particular, went the extra mile to help me get some Rocky Road ice cream. Although I didn’t see it on the menu, I expressed my craving, and she graciously offered me samples of other flavors. In the end, though, my heart was set on Rocky Road. Rose didn’t give up; she went to the back to check for me and returned with good news – they had one quart left! It was the perfect amount since that’s exactly what I wanted to buy. Overall, a fantastic experience! I give it 5 stars!"

I urgently needed a cake large enough to serve 20 people for a party. Bailey from their team assisted me and arranged a cake over the phone in just 10 minutes. She even wrote my message on the cake. Thank you so much, Bailey, for your excellent service!

Clean, friendly and fast when I visited. The person that took our orders was very polite and attentive. One of the first times, my kids order two scoops of ice cream and what they got looked like a cup full of ice cream. This Baskin-Robbins is also a Dunkin Donuts. I syill believe their coffee beats Starbucks' hands down!

I visited the restaurant and ordered two large milkshakes, which cost $16.00. What I received were essentially two cups filled with ice, a chocolate flavor, two scoops of vanilla ice cream in each cup, and barely any milk. They were so thick that we had to ask the staff to mix them again and add more milk for them to be drinkable. It's common knowledge that a proper milkshake consists of ice, milk, and flavor. After trying to enjoy our milkshakes, we called the location to speak with a manager, but the response we received was very rude. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location, nor would we recommend the Huntersville site to anyone.
