Best Mom Pop Restaurant can be found on the beaches or in the surrounding areas of Jacksonville. Whenever I have to drive on the beaches, this is the first stop whether it is breakfast or brunch. Best Chef Salat I ever had hands down and the staff is super sweet and attentive!
