"This restaurant is rarely busy, as we've seen from the regulars that there's never really a slow time. That said, the staff were efficient and helpful, and there were plenty of short wait times with many self-service seating options available. The employees brought out our food after we ordered at the counter. Although it's not exclusively a vegan spot, they do offer three vegan sandwich options, including marinated tofu and a mixed veggie choice. We opted for a build-your-own sandwich and each of us ended up with a delicious and satisfying creation. Mine featured marinated tofu and roasted apples. The staff guided us through our selections, presenting the options before we made our choices...

Great bakery and sandwich shop. Super fast service and call ahead orders. Went there twice in the same day. Outdoor seating in a beautiful setting.

They're usually out of the good stuff before I get there so I can't comment on .ost of their pastries. I've had lemon and raspberry bars on two occasions and were great.

I wish I could give a 4.9 review because unfortunately we do not get any of the places we bought and did not notice until somewhere on the Interstate in New York, lol. But the salad, drinks, Eclair and especially her fougasse were incredible.
