"Hot, Fresh, Made-To-Order Chinese Food. Stuffed to go an order in the other night and was very impressed. After looking at the menu we ordered: a pinch of egg drop soup, pint sweet and acidic chicken (with steamed white rice) and the seafood joy (with fried rice). We were asked to wait for ten minutes to give the cooking time to prepare our meal which I had absolutely no problem with after all the restaurant had a very nice atmosphere (clean tables, good bright dining room, comfortable temperature, etc.). I'm a regular at this place, have been for 2 years. It's Hands down the best Chinese restaurant. That's why I try to always tip. Food is always hot, fresh. Cooked when you order it. Chicken is pure White meat, premium steak when you get Beef Dishes. Sauces are terrific. Nice atmosphere, Staff are very friendly. This is the type of Chinese Food I would hope to find in Beijing. lol It's simply delicious, too.
