"Very nice place. Unfortunately, I don 't remember the server 's name, but she was not very good. For example, when she came to our table, my friend and I had waited so long for her to come over that we knew what we wanted to order. When she finally came over and asked what we wanted to drink, we told her we wanted to give her our order also. She actually said, No, I 'll come back for your order. I 'm only getting your drinks now. We looked at each other, quite surprised, and told her what we wanted to drink. She brought our drinks, but then went to another table and took their order before coming back to us. People without good customer service skills should not work in customer service positions. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5"

"The only rating for JTs you need: The first and definitely last time here. I had almost everything on the menu at one point or another and it's all very good. Menu is larger than any of the other Belleville/VBT options. BBQ chicken pizza, roasted chicken, and the Quesadillas are elite. The ranch is legendary. I call it GOAT Ranch. You have a Shanghai sauce that gets crazy when it's combined with ranch for a little other chicken plier experience when that's your thing. Regarding the atmosphere we love Thursdays for Trivia, but every day/time of the week you can almost guarantee to sit immediately. We also tried to take off the Juggernuat team that wins every week. We're here two times. This means that we LOST and that sometimes happens in life. We never have the need to ask the owners to start an investigation into a bar that cheats a scandal like an earlier reviewer. The waiting staff always works hard to create a positive experience for you. You will usually see the same faces week after week. I would be ready to wager that is because the property understands how important it is to appreciate the kitchen staff/servers and it seems thru during the busy hours when they all work together with such cohesion. Half the reason I'm here is because I never feel that my waitress or bartender doesn't want to be there. I dine out/carry out more than most people I know, and JTs is pound-for-pound the best local bar/grill. Stop wasting your time, reading this review and eating or eating!"

"My first review was long long ago and really only covered the excellent sandwiches. I have been here countless times since and can assure you the other items here are stellar too. Trust. Go ahead and order what you like, it's bound to be delicious. We often get the chicken meals to share with family. The broasted chicken is always fresh, crispy and satisfying. I love the excellent potato wedges it comes with and the coleslaw is good. Better though is the potato salad (my personal fave here) or the macaroni salad. The individual chicken meals are good too. I usually get the whole wings option myself but wing dings are nice as well, just not as big so.... If you are going for a fish meal I think the catfish is the better option than tilapia but thats always true for me. My husband likes their pizza here. The firecracker chicken is amazing and I'll share if he gets that. One of the best pizzas around here period. If he gets his usual pepperoni bs I'm getting something else. The salads are all pretty tasty. I like antipasto or chef the best but they have good qu7ality meats. The veggies are nice but the meat is what makes a salad appeal to my carnivore heart. True confession. The shocker here are the desserts. Fantastic cannoli and must try cheesecake cones. The cookies are tasty too. You won't think you will eat them after the giant portioned other foid but believe me you'll find room. Just wanted to let y'all know."

"This the fast food place so you know what you are expecting from a taste standpoint. What is different about this Burger King is that the place is clean and free from debris, the management and staff at this location go all out to try and make custom experience #1, and even freshly prepare food more frequently then normal Burger King's. Whilst the food doesn't immediately come out it's a non-issue with everything good that this location does."
