"Probably my favorite dining experience in New Orleans and that 's a huge deal. It 's harder to find a bad place to eat than it is to find a good place. This is the best in my opinion. Especially for greasy, diner, hangover food. The debris fries would be my choice if I were to ever go on 'The Best Thing I 've Ever Ate '. The fries are crisp and there is tons of cheese but the debris is really where at.it 's at. Its truly a trip to flavor town. I 've tried a few other menu items but I always start with debris fries and a **** Mary. I always take whoever I 'm with there and they always agree that it 's fantastic. Nice little diner close to the Market. Menu was traditional cajun cuisine. Over good. Only down fall i saw was some of the unpleasant smells from the French Quarter blew through the restaurant.

Service was superb. I think I met the owner. I ordered the Big Cheesy omelette and it was like having a bite of heaven, fluffiest omelette that I’ve ever tasted. The hash browns were seasoned to perfection. I tasted heaven today. I also opted for the boozy breakfast and tried the Orange Crush. Which amazingly tasted almost like the soda but it was orange juice, vodka and a splash of cranberry.

We went to Belle's Diner for brunch and had a wonderful experience. Not only is it a very cute 50's diner, but the food is delicious. Our server was friendly and welcoming with just the right amount of attentiveness. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles and highly recommend this dish. The bacon-stuffed waffles are amazing, and the coating on the crispy chicken was flavourful. If I'm ever in NOLA again, I'd definitely come back here.
