"Usually my family and I love better burger but the experience we had tonight was horrible. The “front manager” took my order over the phone, put in the wrong order, when we got home with our food and saw it was wrong I called and the manager argued with me before lying to her general manager about what she said to me, argued with me some more before agreeing to replace my meals. She was also rude when I got to the restaurant to replace my meals. Really hope the next time we decide to go she’s not working or her attitude is better ."

I love this place, it's one of a very few where American food is served. Parking: Not a large restaurant so doesn't need too much parking. Kid-friendliness: I don't have small children anymore but I have heard them when I do a call in order. Lol

I went for the first time the other day and I ordered the taco plate. The meat was way over seasoned. Way too much pepper and salt (and I like salty), but I couldn't even finish my food. The tables were dirty also. We went mid afternoon. My partner had the catfish and that was really good.
