"We have a big sampling of Big Nick's past weekend for a family meeting. That was our first meal of BNB and it was not disappointed. I smoke a good amount of meat at home, and I cost a lot of BBQ, and this one really stacked. Ribs were fleshy, with enough smoke and not too much dry rubles. Brisket was perfectly delicate. Pulled pork was beautiful, with much burned edges to offer taste. The pages were the real surprise to get the Brisket Mac and cheese! I love it blasted the dry rub and the heat it wore. Brisket/Pimento cheese rolls were also a great surprise. Sauces: go for traditional sweetness with good Cumin/Chili undertones. Great. We'll be back!"

Very good flavor on the pork!!! The side of baked beans isn't what I usually think of, but the brisket Mac us great!

My family and I stopped by here expecting good barbecue. And we weren't disappointed. The food was well prepared and fresh. The ribs were juicy and well seasoned. The sides were well seasoned. I highly recommend. I'd give it 5 1/2 stars if Google would allow it.

Went to this place on a Monday since Haywood smokehouse my go to bbq place in N. Carolina was closed and Big Nick?s did not let down. The young guys working the counter were having a good time laughing and enjoying being at work and were very friendly, delivered the food w/ quick service and made sure we had everything we needed. Solid barbecue, decent ribs and great sides: the baked beans and tater salad were some of the best bbq sides I have ever had. Highlights: Brisket, baked beans, fried okra, tater salad Meh: Mac and cheese coleslaw
