"Bird and Rye is a great little spot for dinner. We went several times during our trip to Ashland and were so happy we did. The brisket dip is so good. If I lived in Ashland I'd eat this at least once a week. The fried chicken was crispy and cooked perfectly. We split a mixed green salad with goat cheese, apples and walnuts and it is highly recommended if you are looking for a salad. The goat cheese is so creamy. I have family that own several restaurants in Sarasota. I'm very picky about food and service and this place gets high Mark's on both. We will be back."

Excellent spot for gluten free food! Food was delicious, service was great...and they are open after 9pm in Ashland!

Shining star Gluten Free food that was delicious. Wife got GF popcorn chicken and it was very flavorful. I got Brisket sliders and potatoe skins w/pulled pork. Both very tasty.Small place, kind of a pub atmosphere. Friendly staff.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free food!

So! The food was amazing and inventive! Gluten free friendly and accommodating!Having worked in food service in both front and back of house my heart went out to everyone working in their last night. Seriously understaffed and just keeping it together. It took all I had not to jump behind the counter and help. Like! For real!!
