"DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE... EVER!!!!! The owner, MIKE, is the rudest/most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with in the restaurant business. A few weeks before the party I contacted the restaurant to ask a few questions about the menu so that I could make decisions about the menu for the party. I was spoken to in a rude and rushed tone, as if I was a bother to him. He was annoyed that I had questions and didn 't want to finalize the menu so he hung up with me. (Please note he called me at 8am!!!??? One week before the party I hadn 't heard from him to finalize ANYTHING about the party. I called and left a message for Mike to finalize the menu. Went for dinners tonight, I had the Bake clams and Chicken Brocheta, it was cook to perfection, my dessert was the cream brûlée, it was so delicious! Rosalie my waitress was amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Mike Turner the owner is very accommodating and so professional!

We had my daughter's Bridal shower here four years ago and it was so nice so my daughter had my 70th birthday surprise party here over the weekend. It was so nice. The food is delicious and the staff was very friendly. The beef was so tender that you don't even need a knife. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place.

"another firm on the only place we want to celebrate! eating was as delicious as ever. byron was our excellent server! thank you! the hot antipasto for two fed three of us with much to take to home. schrimp, baked muscheln, calamari, auberginen rollatini, fried zucchini, all so good. the pasta e fagioli is always so delicious. the ribeye steak with caramelized wobble and mushrooms was really enjoyed by our carnivore! the rigatoni di spago was delicious, and the third entrée, whose name I cannot remember, was a delicate chicken stable, not fried, with a delicate and tasty disc aubergine, also not fried, with a hauch of mozzarella and served with crunching carrots and green beans. everything looked beautiful, and unfortunately I forgot to make pictures until dessert. when they splurge do this with two of the best desserts, cannoli and lava cake. thanks stella trattoria!"

"The service was excellent, we got seated right away, everyone was very friendly, and the waitress was attentive and efficient. The food was fresh and tasty, very high quality. I had the Caesar salad which was crisp and had just the right amount of dressing. For the entree, I had the butternut squash ravioli in a truffle cream sauce which was delightful. It was the best butternut squash ravioli I've had in a long time. For dessert, I had the tiramisu which was delicious, it wasn't overly rich, just perfect. The beer flight for $8.00 was reasonably priced and there was a nice selection to choose from. We had a fantastic evening at La Tavola, we'll definitely be back!"
