"I 've tried BJ 's several times since moving to Las Vegas in 2014, including recently, on 15 Apr 2024. Although there are several of them between the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin areas, I always seem to come back to this location (mainly because of its close proximity to my house), whenever I 'm with a bigger party. Got louder than usual. Service was great food was good.Parking: Plenty of on site parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and ADA doors and Restrooms.

The music was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. We asked the manager three times if they could turn the sound down. He said he would. He never did. I'm not sure if we will be going back there again.

Service was the worst I've ever had. Waited close to 15 minutes to just order drinks and close to another 15 waiting for them. Server always was unable to be found and everything seemed to take longer. What should've been an hour meal was nearly 2 hours just waiting for service. Also the waitress telling us that it was going to be awhile because she had to get 15 other drinks for other tables, then send someone else to help. We don't want to hear excuses on your job requirements. Food was ok, service was just for awful. Sadly none of my party will be back anytime soon or ever.
