"First of all I want to say this restaurant has a very cute atmosphere with little bears everywhere and a nostalgic jukebox, but I had to only give three stars. I order pancakes and they came with a side of eggs and a choice of meat. I ordered my eggs scrambled with cheese on top and ham as my other option. When my plate came out my eggs were sitting half on the plate and half on my pancakes so melted cheese from the eggs had made it’s way not just I top of my pancakes but inside my pancakes. Madeleyn did an amazing job attending to us. When I didn’t like the egg she took it away and gave me a delicious eggs with out question. Always enjoy eating at Black Bear. The Jordan Landing location is in our area it's always good food, good times a great time with family!! Service is good from all who were working that day. Just need a bit more of a personable attention. We would recommend this location we will surely go back many times to enjoy!! Thank you for what you do!! Especially for our veterans!!

Went on friday for bunch and when our food came out my husband had a fruit fly on his hamburger bun that just walking around on it so they took it back then it came back with no bacon on it then they took my sons wrong order then after i ate before leaving i got a really bad belly ache and had to use the bathroom twice and my daughter that and sister in law that had tge same thing as me got sick also worst experience ever
