Blaue Ente - Étlap

I love this restaurant, the service and the food were always impeccable. I have organized a team dinner here and again, it was faultless, in fact, my team are now all the big fans of this restaurant. I even bring my family here when they visit cannot praise the Blue Duck (Blue Duck) enough.

We were there on Wednesday night in August 2021. The location is really nice and close to Lake Zurich. Although I have to say there is no lake view, we already knew. Food was delicious and not too expensive for a cozy restaurant in the city. All ingredients seem too local based on the description at the end of the menu, which is a great plus I think! The staff was super nice and professional, they pay attention to details, but were never inappropriate. There is also a parking lot near the entrance, which is also really appreciated in Zurich. Of course, the parking is not free. I would definitely recommend this place and visit it again soon!

Stay away if you have any food restrictions!! When we booked the table, we informed that I needed gluten-free food because I have celiac disease. Arrived, I communicated the fact very clearly to the gluten-free options. The waiter elencate her in Swiss German when I already asked if he could speak English without showing her on the menu. Finally we order, I double check with the waiter 2 times that my order is gluten-free and it confirms.
