"The next person in line was even worse. He yelled at me for not talking about my order. He seemed frustrated, but people with short tempers shouldn't work in customer service. Also, if they are not idiots, they should at least write their names on their hats like Max did. While we were waiting for our pizzas, another customer came to pick up her order and the guy at the counter rudely told her that they had called her several times. It was unnecessary to say it in such a rude manner, considering how busy and crowded it was in the restaurant. I hope the manager retrains the employees to at least learn basic manners and customer service skills."

I had a late lunch on a Sunday at this restaurant. Most tables were empty and there was no wait. I ordered the barbecue chicken, which was delicious. This place is a fantastic choice for a fast and inexpensive lunch at the mall.

The customer service was terrible, with the young employees discussing partying and being disrespectful while I was spending my money. The place was filthy and I purchased a bottle of soda that was greasy and unappetizing. Their tagline is "Don't come here unless you want food poisoning", and unfortunately, I have been sick for three days after eating here. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Despite the slow service and lack of sufficient staff, the idea of being able to customize your pizza while in line is unique and enjoyable. Once you place your order, the preparation process is smooth and the baking time is quick. The toppings are generous if you choose to build your own pizza, and they are also willing to add any toppings from the preset menu. We tried the White Top and BBQ Chicken 11 inch pizzas, which were delicious. The wood-fired crust was thin and crispy, perfect for sharing...or not. We were so hungry that we forgot to take pictures, but we will definitely be going back for more.
