"I have been a regular at Blue Ribbon for the last couple years. I popped in years ago after checking in and landing and was sold from that day forward on sitting at the bar and dining with the fabulous infamous Ramsey. I was exhausted from traveling after work and hungry. Ramsey was exactly what I needed. He took such good care of me that I have been back every month since. It is located on the 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan. The food was delicious and the service was good. The atmosphere is great and I recommend it.

A delicious and enjoyable meal. We will definitely return! First class service. All staff are wonderful. (Joey)The escargot are out-of-this-world and the salmon is right behind them. The atmosphere is relaxing and the music is unbelievable!
