"Well I have been to Blue Sage before and had a good meal. The menu is simple but varied enough so anyone can get something they like. I ordered the Double Smoked Grilled Cheese with butternut soup. The dish comes served with a salad as well which is where the problems started. I had started to eat the salad and taken a few bites when I turned over a piece of chard to find a large dead grasshopper which curiously also had the vinaigrette applied to it. excellent eating. huge portions. had the adobo ziegenkäse nachos appetizer and had the verde dragon fried rice I think that is what it was called). our dinners were worth every penny and the service was fantastic.

What can I say!!! Blue Sage has a nice menu. I want to try everything!!! Nate my server was awesome!! He made sure I was good the whole time. Tonight I had the Nachos and the tacos made mainly with sweet potatoes. I was too stuffed to get dessert. I will definitely save room next time.
