We had the Omakase menu, and the manager John and the master chef Nishikawa Shinji connected us with an apparently endless series of courses. The Grandmakase menu here sets to shame Morimoto, and is significantly cheaper. We started with some appetizers, including a dish with red snapper and jalapeño in ponzu sauce, which was perfect. Then we had six beautiful Kumamoto oysters that were the perfect mix of sweetness and mild brilliance. Best Sushi I ever had enough good things to say about Bluefin. Kitchens are amazing, great waiting staff that knows what they are talking about and can recommend some amazing sushi.

The food is amazing! Not only is it the best tasting sushi around; so delicate and fresh, but everything is presented as an artwork. The service was exemplary and visits to our chef's table, the GM and the hostess made us special.

I was thrilled to finally try the best sushi. We went for lunch and I got the lunch that comes with salmon sushi and a spicy tuna reel. This place is worth the hype. My salmon slept delicious in your mouth. I don't want to go anywhere else after I have such high quality sushi. The servers were thrilled and the chefs seemed to love their job. My husband and I will be back for dinner to try more.
