NO ONE BEATS BODE'S!!... OMGGGGGGG!! Where do I begin??!! This place is truly a gem. My fiancé, the kids and I were on the way to OH and we stopped in for breakfast. When I tell you that I'm so glad we visited BODE'S again because this spot is amazing! This was the BEST breakfast I'd had in quite some time! This place is amazing with great food and the atmosphere was great people was friendly and laughter I couldn't ask for a better place then here the food is amazing and I will be going back very soon .. cinnamon roll french toast with Carmel sauce is amazing ..give this place a try you won't be disappointed at all ..

First time Visiting Bode’s Restaurant. Charming Original 1950’s Decor. The waitress was very professional attentive. I’ve had fish chips at dozens of restaurants in Metro Detroit. I can honestly say Bode’s Fish Chips is the BEST FISH CHIPS IVE EVER HAD. My husband ordered the Country Fried Steak mashed potatoes! Excellent Did I mention real mash potatoes grave. My new favorite restaurant.

This place is Absolutely Awesome. Our beautiful waitress, Olivia Great Service ! Not only did she keep our beverages full, she recommended menu items that were very delicious! The cooks, Cass Jonny were Awesome as well, the corned beef mm mm good!! The strawberry waffle, had just the right amount of crunch on the outside and softness in the inside. I will definitely visit again with even more of my family and friends!! Thanks so much for the Wonderful Experience

"The sushi here is really good so I wanted to come back and try an entree but I am highly disappointed. This is the teriyaki salmon entree but it?s literally two thin slices of fish on a bed of thinly sliced veggies. Also, the rice had some sort of black residue on it. It was not worth my money. I also had to go back in to ask for soy sauce and utensils."

"Service was outstanding! The Baked Brie appetizer is to die for...comes with a jam (fig, I believe), walnuts, raspberries and blueberries. The Filet Mignon was amazingly soft and tasty: our group tasted three different finishing sauces, all very good. The “au poivre” was the best. The Creme Brûlée was very good too. The noise level was high, even though everyone seemed to be talking at a reasonable level. Has to do with the acoustics of the room."

"My wife and I had three meals at Five while staying at Saint John's Resort. Two dinners and one breakfast. Each of my meals contained an error. The first dinner I ordered a filet and was served a ribeye. I never order ribeye so there isn't a chance that I did. My wife had the crabcakes which were just OK. Presentation was mediocre. I will say we started with a charcuterie platter which was very good and fairly priced. For breakfast a minor detail but my toast had no butter while my wife's did. another lack of attantion to detail. the second dinner I ordered a caesar salad and was brought a wedge. They swapped it out but nonetheless another mistake. Overall the food and the service was good. Managers did check with us about the first dinner mistake and I told them I would eat the ribeye which was good but no offer to discount the price or even lower the cost to the staek I actually ordered. So I would reccomend Five, but keep a close eye on what you ordeer and what you get. Oh, and by the way. A shot of Maker's is $11, OK not bad, but get it on the rocks and they charge you $2.50 for the ice. I could buy a whole bag of ice for that!"

"lived place with constant line in the morning. that is totally worth eating, amazing service and cool atmosphere. I had the chili olmlette and coffee. it came with hathbrowns. everything was hot and delicious. can't wait to visit again! my advice, go there early, expect to wait, and come with your whole party. I have heard that the employees say they don't put people (if they are busy) unless their whole group is there, so coordinate and plan them before this great breakfast and lunch."
