"I ordered online from this restaurant, but when I arrived to pick up the food, it had not been prepared yet. Despite being given a specific pick-up time on the app, I was informed that they only start preparing the food once the customer arrives. Upon returning home, I discovered that one of the meals was missing. I attempted to call the restaurant, but their number was unlisted and the listed number was no longer in service."
