"These people are rude as hell in here whether you’re a customer or dasher. I get multiple orders from here that I always reject because I have to deal with the unprofessionalism here. You all claim we are supposed to come to the door then when we do it’s always locked and nobody wants to open it so then when you attempt to pick the food up in the drive thru they get mad and tell you that you have to come in. If that’s the case leave the door open so I don’t have to keep driving around and don’t even get me started on the wait time for food. Very rude staff that is always on their phone and not putting in the actual work. Need a change of management ASAP"

For them to have a full kitchen staff this morning, the service is way too slow. I ended up leaving after waiting 20 mins on a pre-ordered 3 piece meal.

I visited this location for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was professional, courteous, attentive, fast and organized. The food was fresh and the location was clean. I highly recommend this location.

My first time at this particular location the food was pretty good the dark meat could have been cooked a little longer. I really like Bojangles', however, some years ago I got sick because the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked especially the dark meat. I just wish they would cook their chicken a little longer
