"I wrote only 2 reviews in the last 5 years!! However I stopped driving at the Bojangles thru last night about 7:45 pm 1 car before me. The slow service asked to wait for my order after 15 minutes. There was another Bojangles staff that I could see from the drive thru window that shaved his head when he saw me waiting there for 20 minutes (biscuit, fries and a tea). Today I went through the thru drive around 15:40 pm 5 cars in front of me in the line. I finally switched my motor at 16:00 in line / no movement of the 5 cars before!!! And I saw behind me after a car count and there were 8 cars!!! All waiting No One bounced their car horns, but 3 customers pulled out the line and left. Finally...

I like bojangles, but her whole chicken is a little sharp. While that appeals to me, it doesn't always appeal to everyone. Supply chain problems are understood, but please try to bring back the home style non-spicy channels.

Great place. Great service. Friendly staff. came here for my Bday. They made it special. The daughter came from Florida to surprise me. She always goes to Bo as soon as she's here. Every time. Love her. Many happy memories here!!!

Absolutely terrible? three employees talk garbage about the previous car and how customers use it because they are one of the few restaurants that are open after 9 a.m. in Apex and completely uninterested at work literally treats my order like an inconvenience. An employee actually said they had lost his job if he was the one who had treated the car before me. Super unprofessional. That's not the first terrible experience I had here.
