"Our meal was fine. We ordered the French onion soup which came out lukewarm and wasn’t very flavorful. We also had the house salad which was standard. I liked my meal better than my husband. I had the skirt steak with shallots fries and thought the steak was very flavorful and well portioned. He had the duck l’orange which was overcooked. Ironic since the waiter said the chef refused to cook it any other way than medium/well. Seems the chef should cook it how the person paying for it requests it, but that’s just my two cents."

On a snowy night we had a perfect, romantic evening with wonderful food, helpful service . Extensive drinks and wine list with a range of good, reasonable selections. The beef cheek was among the best i've had and the salads were terrific. Bravo to the chef and staff for a true jem.
