"Professional service 98% of the time. Very welcoming and accommodating. I wish they had bell hop service but they do not. They do have valet though for a fee. Front of house staff and housekeeping were excellent bar and dining room staff need a little work. They all close a little too early which is a shame for those who would like late night drinks (like at 11pm). Resort was too big to explore just in a weekend so I hope I get to go back. So much to do! We stayed in the lodge. Room was great. Comfortable. Some rooms have fireplaces. Cottages down the road are in the woods the atmosphere and experience is quite different and depends on what you want and like. They do not appear handicap fri...
