"We really enjoyed our meal here! The brisket was good, but the pig was the real star here! (I think) The ribs were crazy about tasty delicate, tasteful and glazed with a really tasty sauce! The pulled pig was moist with great taste. The Jalapeño sausage was excellent. The next great surprise was the German potato salad! I had no German potato salad in the BBQ. I am a traveling conniseur of BBQ and Texas BBQ is my favorite. I have been coming to horse shows in the area for years and cannot believe this was only my first visit. They were out of their sausages but the brisket and ribs will make me a regular. Their sides are on point as well!
