the food we have was good, but wrong. friend ran on her way to home from work. system double loaded us. we live in albany, so when we discovered it was wrong, we didn't want to go back. mozzarella sticks instead of a order of wings. less wings in a container than it should have been, and one had a mixture of bones and bones in wings. don't go back.

the staff is friendly, but we literally paid $46 for our eating and I came around 6:50 clock and was said it would take a few minutes. Now, a few minutes turned into almost 20 minutes and I never got an apology for waiting even tho the guy who checked with me knew I was waiting. when we got the food around 19:20, I brought it back and it was cold. has not even tasted like buffalo wild wings cook. 2 star rating.

unfortunately we visited directly after power hour, so the restaurant was pretty busy. we waited for 10 minutes to get space and 15 minutes before we were in the position to fish a waitress down and take our order. Despite waiting, rylee was so shady! she has often checked us, and our food came out right when we finished our appetizers (page note: I think the mozzarella sticks could have been a bit more golden brown, but they were still good) she also gave us additional serviettes and togo boxes for our rest. loved her!
