"It was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Went for my sons birthday. So I made a 7:45 reservation for 4. Got there at 7:45 exactly, told the gentlemen I had a reservation, we waited 10 minutes to be seated. He finally sat us at a tiny table and I requested to be moved to a booth. He said sure, he didn’t move the utensils and menu to the booth, we had to do this ourselves. We finally get settled, placed our order, which was difficult because at that point the TVs were extremely loud. After placing our orders we waited for almost an hour before our food came out. The food was good, but the service was extremely slow. The waitress appeared to be confused about everything. The floors were quite dirty, with trash scattered around the restaurant, and there were many dirty tables that the staff did not attend to throughout our entire visit.

Not bad. Not great. Chicken came out with a measly amount of sauce on it. For 4 people, only a little bit of carrots/celery with a ton of blue cheese was brought out. Waitress did bring more after I requested it. And hostess seemed hesitant to sit us when we said we had a reservation for some reason, asking a coworker if any tables were required for someone else? I had a reservation, shouldn't it be for me? Overall it was fine. Mainly went because they were showing the UFC fight that night.

Went there at 8pm for dinner and it took over an hour for us to get our food. The waitress said it was because I ordered a black bean burger. I've ordered the same thing at different BWW locations and it took no time, so that could not have been the truth. They were short staffed and the restaurant was 3/4 empty but the tables were full of dirty dishes. We walked out 90 minutes later and had no time to shop in the area. Very disappointing and unless my next meal is comped, I have no reason to return.
