"I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant. The manager, who I believe is new, assisted me in installing the BK app on my phone, which was very helpful. Additionally, unlike other establishments that claim to be open until midnight but actually close at 10:30, this restaurant truly stays open late. It can be frustrating to arrive at a place expecting it to be open only to find it closed already. However, with Dan in charge, this was not an issue. We definitely could use more employees like him in fast food establishments."

wow. for always to the service. drive through no sweat over 30 minutes. friendly person, but eating was cold and soggy. nuggets were wet. yes wet! if I wasn't home when I noticed that I had gone back and threw it through her running thru window. never again. this was the best bk in the opposite.

The staff at this restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating. Despite it being late and almost closing time, the employee went above and beyond to turn on the ice cream machine just for us. This level of service is rare to find anywhere else. The food is standard Burger King fare, nothing out of the ordinary.

This Burger King is the best! The food is consistently fresh and the staff is always friendly. Whenever I'm in Fairfield and craving Burger King, this is where I come. I want to give special recognition to the manager on duty on 3/1/22 at 11 a.m. for going above and beyond in customer service. The kindness of the staff here truly enhances my day!
