This is usually my go to for burger King but this visit the lady taking my order tonight was very rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if she was just ready to go because it was the end of the night. Either way she needs better customerservice.

My order was taken right away (In-store). My order was quickly filled; burgers were wrapped nicely, fry container filled generously. Food was hot and delicious! Interior and exterior of business was clean and presentable I witnessed a lot ofcustomer traffic from the drive-thru and walk-ins. This says a lot about the service and quality of the food.. I highlyrecommend this Burger King location!

The service I received tonight was less than desirable. I understand that many places are short staffed, but if they are short staffed, then they should only have the drive-through open and close the lobby. The girl who took my order was new and asked forthe wrong thing, so my order was wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, but someone should have been supervising her if shewas new. The manager was trying the best she could, but they should only handle what they have the people to handle.
