Expedited service: 1) the dishes arrive before the wine order is made!!!! 2) we feel that my servers want to finish quickly. 3) no desire to satisfy customers or put them at ease. Regarding the dishes: 1) Salad stirred in advance and therefore cooked and unappetizing. 2) The lake perch fillets are good, but a little soft, not crunchy. Very disappointing .
