"I had a great dinner here. the plant-based tasting menu was simply incredible! the combination of aromen was often unusual (second curs was berries with mandelkäse,) but worked very well. the four dishes were very full. the dessert of the sweet potato tea with burned marshmallow cream was the best thing I've ever eaten! would be nice to eat here in the summer if there had been a water look at eating, but it only means we have to come back! not the cheapest meal, but given the quality of the food, preparation and the ambiente it was worth it. fantastic place to come to celebrate a special occasion."

Here's classy. the waiting staff makes them like a license, which is clearly unbeatable, and the vegan tasting menu was amazing. I made the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was probably the best I ever had. everything is veggie-centric, perfectly prepared with a lot of interesting/non-traditional veggies. I highly recommend for a chic night or date night with an omni partner.

we were pleasantly surprised by this place. the plant-based tasting menu was kreatiw and tasty! many great aromen and beautiful presentations. and many genuine plant foods, no processed concoctions. they can tell the cook what they do here, I felt almost bad for the other guests who eat the usual steaks and seafood, they were gone. I would definitely recommend this place if they are in the opposite. updated by previous review on 2019-08-13

I was a guest in the hotel. especially if tourists clog the autobahn (30 minutes to travel three miles,) it is easy to feel as if it were simply not worth the trip or to foot. their choice is met. it could be worse. this is a beautiful environment, and personal / management try to receive. they need to ask what is Veg*n, and some things that look like they can be changed cannot. So they go after the view and bring them reasonable expectations. update: the dinner menu has an item, plus plant-based tasting menu. it smelled very fish, I lost my appetit and went.
