"WOW the Ribeye on the bed of Arugula with the fingerlings is absolutely what this menu needed to add...simply amazing! Excellent flavor, seared perfectly and everything seasoned just right. Even the very light dressing on the arugula was spot dead on a perfect flavor compliment to the meat. Although most would have paired it with red wine, I wanted to try new menu options and I did not go wrong with the Summer Sangria...please take note of the cute test tube glasses it is served in. To top it off the service from both of the host and hostess opening the door for me to the waitress was top notch. Tarzana CPK has it all in order...KUDOS!"
