"The owner/Manger really needa to train the ladies who answer the phone on how to take orders and NOT put the phone on hold and then leave the customer on hold for over 40 minutes. They have done this to me multiple times. On today 's incident I called, waited 10 minutes. She came back and hung up the phone. I called right back. She put me on hold again and I asked her to please don 't forget about me this time which she did and I was on hold for another 40 minutes. I decided to order for pick-up through Doordash and I mentioned to the same girl that my phone was still on hold and she didn 't even say anything she was just like, Oh. And then hung up the phone. The SnackSensei on IG is the reason I went. Only thing is the food here didn't look like the food served at the Alameda location. I need to try the food in Alameda. Overall everything was food.

We came here around 3pm on a Tuesday. Got the birria chicken wings(A MUST), the taco plate(which was 1/2 off on Tuesday), a carne asada burrito, mangonada margaritas and strawberry margaritas(also half off on Tuesday)Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. I plan to come back again soon!

The service was amazing atmosphere was extraordinary. Unfortunately, not everything was I asked for an agua De Jamaica and it was instant needless to say it left an awful taste in my mouth, the guacamole came and helped get rid of that left over taste the rice was dry, and bland but my steak was seasoned very well but again I asked for a medium and it came out on a sizzling stone platter by the time I took it off it was so overdone I ate it was a decent steak but I wish I could've had it the way I asked for it.
